1. Agreement

By using the website, requesting an estimate, or engaging services from Collision Pros ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility / Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website, submit our contact form, request a quote, or engage services from Collision Pros. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. We do not knowingly collect information from or provide services to individuals under 18.

3. Services

We provide collision repair, auto body and paint refinishing, dent repair, auto glass, fleet services, insurance claim handling, and 24-hour towing. Estimates are non-binding until a written repair order is signed.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By submitting our contact or booking form and checking an SMS opt-in box, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Collision Pros at the mobile number you provided. These messages may include appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, repair status notifications, completion alerts, follow-ups, and (if you opted in) promotional offers.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After replying STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No sharing: Mobile information and consent will never be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information shared with subprocessors (e.g., our messaging provider Twilio) is used solely to deliver the messages you requested.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You must be 18 or older to opt in to SMS messaging.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made in writing (including direct billing to an insurance carrier). Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Collision Pros shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
